Waffles with strawbarries

2cups strawberries quartered
2 eggs
2cups flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2c butter melted
2 tablespoon white sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Preheat your waffle maker
2. While it is heating prepare your batter and one cup strawberries to your blender puree until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, butter, milk, vanilla to the strawberries, blend until smooth and half the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and do the same then add the remaining blend until mixed well stir in the remaining strawberries.
4. When your waffle maker pre heated spray with cooking spray and begin your waffles.

Some simple steps I learned when I was talking business in collage.

Step 1 Decide what part of the house to use.

Step 2 Determine how much time you can spend on the business.

Step 3 Decide on the type of business.

Step 4 Choose a Legal form
            Proprietorship (Sole proprietorship)
              -you own all the profits
              -your the boss
              -you enjoy certain tax savings
              -greater personal incentive and satisfaction 
            Satisfaction 
             -partnership
             -corporation
Step 5 Determine where the money comes from.
Step 6 Gather information. 
Step 7 Check on zoning restrictions.
Step 8 Pick a Business name and register it. 
Step 9 Write a business plan.
Step 10 Get an identifying number.
Step 11 Obtain a sales tax permit.
Step 12 Obtain licenses permit.
Step 13 Select Business cards, stationery, brochures.
Step 14 Open a Business checking account.
Step 15 Setup record keeping systems

Pantry Storage tips

Save time and make things easier

1) Get ride of all mismatched storage containers get up right air tight and leak proof Tupperware

2) Place VIPs front and center in pantry, fridge and drawers.

3) Label pantry and fridge shelves with removeable labels.

Save time with meal preping

Spend more time getting other things done by prepping ahead of time. 

1) Rinse once place all fruits and veggies in colander rinse them all together then put them in a clean towel to dry.

2) Chill before you chop  put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before chopping use that time to do other things.

3) Slice smaller the finer the slices the short the time to cook.

4) Sharpen knife often, shaper knife makes cutting better and cleaner cutting.

5) Cool faster Spread cooking grains and sauces or veggies on baking sheet to cool them quickly.





Make over for a new you

We all need a fresh look because of break up or just to feel better or even for a new job. Here are some simple steps.


1) Hair - Get a new hairstyle. This is most important thing to make you feel good.
     Color your hair
     Use the right products

2) Skin - Use a skin care regimen, take care of your skin it covers your whole body
     Drink lots of water
     Remove make up before bed
     Always moisturize before bed
     Exercise it helps your skin clear up and take in more oxygen
     Protect your skin with sunscreen

3)Make up - Go for tasteful
     Don't over due eye makeup
     Clean up eyebrows
     Wear the right color lipstick or gloss
     Apply eyeliner

4) Nails - Trim and cut and clean. Always good to touch up and apply color it helps with your mood and helps you feel better getting them done.

5) Body - Exercise and eat right regularly it's important to your health. Be sure to get enough rest.

6) Fashion - Update your wardrobe good time to clean out your closet. Fall in love with accessories, and don't forget your shoes.

A house needs to feel your soul. Ask yourself is your house bigger then your dream?
More space does not equal more comfort.
A house that fits your lifestyle actually gives you more space to live in.

spare

dramatic
sumptuous
homely
classic
masculine
welcoming
private
modest
impressive
delicate
friendly
*keep a place, journal and  three binder assemble data about place make you feel comfortable document it, take photos, notes, diagrams.
in Victorian house they followed social code. visitors were ushered into formal parlor. Dinner was served in a formal dinning room.
Take a look at your existing home. make a list of every room, list what happens in each room.
to make any floorplan work, there has to be a balance between open spaces and closed, between public and private.
in the Victorian era, The kitchen was so private that most family members never set foot inside it. it was entirely the territory of servants.
If a space is to be private, remove it from sight and locate it away from the main traffic areas. "out of sight out of mind"
Idea office attached to Master bedroom. if your working from home. It's better to create a space that is separate and private.
Mater bedroom should have privet bathroom.
sunroom or a porch ?
sunroom good for reading, eating or company.
A place of one's own can be in a corner of Master bedroom.
