My meditation notes

Evidence of grammatical trauma

Or even obedience "mind your manners"
Zen is Buddhist trandition
Meditation of it's religious origings
Kabat-zinn believed that many of the secular people who could most benefit from meditation many get turned of reincarnation and other religious esoterica that clung to it.
New and pleasing definition of mind fullness one that now makes no mention of enlightenment. The awareness that arises through paying attention on the purpose of the present moment and non-judgmentally.
Buddhist meditation nosed it's way personal growth and even success strategies.
The idea people might over come psychological and physiology with comforting thoughts and other names: positive thinking.
Write a self-help book
Positive thinking, prayer or affirmation therapy as surefire, scientific techniques
there books on it.
Where ever you go, there you are: mindfulness meditation in everyday life by kabat-zinn

The mindful way through depression
Mindful birthing
Mindful movements
The mindful child
The mindful teen
(2 books called) mindful eating
The mindful way
Through stress
Buddhist meditation called vipassana (insight) or form of the another kind of meditation know as anapanasmrti ( awareness of the breath)
Keeps you focused on the task at hand. It keeps you in tune.
Mindfulness is keeping in tune.
